Refund policy

Lambent Enhance has a free trial so you can see it working on your own screens first. If it still isn’t right, here is how to get your money back.

Bought on our website

• 14 days to change your mind. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of a yearly renewal.
• Monthly renewals. These aren’t refunded, except as below. Cancel any time and you keep access until the paid month ends.
• If it didn’t work or we charged you by mistake. Email us at any time, and we will put it right.
• How to ask. Use paddle.net, or email gallery@yui-life.com with the email you bought with. Paddle is the seller and issues the refund, usually to your original payment method, and may refuse one where it sees fraud or abuse.
• What a refund does. A full refund ends Lambent Enhance straight away and cancels the subscription, so you won’t be charged again.

Bought in an app

Apple and Google are the sellers there, and their refund rules apply. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play. Lambent Immersive is always bought from Apple.

Your rights

Nothing here limits rights the law gives you where you live, including any right to cancel within a set period. Paddle’s refund policy also applies to website purchases.
